Thirteen years of galettes, a new home
After thirteen years in Mérignac, we brought our billigs to Saint-Émilion in May 2025, right next to place Bouqueyre.
Everything here is homemade: the 100% buckwheat galette batter, the crêpe batter, the salted butter caramel and the chocolate. Our galettes come with a green salad, and our main-course salads are served in a galette bowl.
As the seasons change, new recipes join the menu.
